Herbert Bullington, 84, of New Concord, Ky., died Monday, May 16, 2011, at his home.

He was born in Knox County, Indiana on July 7, 1926 to the late Gilbert Bullington and Adella Brand Bullington. He married Theola Davidson on April 1, 1950. She passed away on Sept. 12, 2008. He was also preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Kenneth and David Bullington.

He is survived by three daughters, Patricia (John) Brown and Donna (Steve) Harmeson, all of Danville, Illinois and Barbara (James) Page of Farmington, Ky.; one son, Steven (Cheryl) Bullington of Murray, Ky.; 10 grandchildren, Brad Bullington, Jeff Bullington, Wade Trosper, Kirsten Brown, Brande Winchester, Tyler Harmeson, James Page, Noah Page, Laura Gilbert and Adrian Cottle and 10 great-grandchildren, Fabien Bullington, Avigail Bullington, Avalynn Bullington, Kyla Bullington, Isabel Bullington, Austin Cottle, Alexander Cottle, Ava Cottle, Jaxson LaBounty and Jordan Winchester.

He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II.
