Message Board Post:>>many years ago, a great uncle george davidson, went west. dont know whatever happened to him, who he married or where he went. a kelly sent me a letter once, and said, it sounded like his stepfather who resided in the shenendoah valley. i never found out. wish i couldve. i have found most.he had a brother leo who went to mayetta,kansas. he married a smallwood. they divorced. they were married in byrdstown, tenn just before the 19oos. leo had a sister,cordia, she married an r.d. morgan,(never found out what r.d. stood for. could have been an indian name, since the indians went to oklahoma)cordia married about the same time as brother leo davidson, in the same town. they landed in pryor, oklahoma.2 sisters, belle,ellen, married rouse,hart and lived in illinois.i dont know if hershel ever married.he was the davidson brother who landed in illinois,too. he worked on a r.r. there.>2 sisters and 3 brothers remained in glasgow,kentucky, where they are buried in the family cemetery, NEW SALEM METHODIST CHURCH.
