hunterdc9 added this on 12 Feb 2009 Campbell County Will Book 1, p. 323 I John Hunter being of Sound mind and memory make and Constitute this my last Will and Testament. That is to say after my funeral expences [sic] is [sic] paid I desire and direct all my Just Debts to be paid: Next I give to my Wife During life, all the Land with the plantation and houses thereon where we now live that she hath in possession by the Will of her former husband Jeremiah Early at the time of our Marriage I also give her during Life all the negroes with their Increase, that She had in her possession by the aforesaid Will of Jeremiah Early at the time of our Marriage. I also give her Six Head of Horses (to wit) Two bay mares known by the name of Lady and Bonny, One dark bay Horse known by the name of Elliot, one Roan Horse, Two Bay Colts belonging to the aforesaid Mares. Also I give her Two thirds of all the Cattle on the aforesaid plantation and the other third I give to my Son Benjamin to be Equally Divided according to their Several Sizes or Value. I also give her all the Stock of hogs, and sheep and all the Household furniture. Except one Bed with good furniture known by the name of my Bed Which I give to my Son Benjamin.
